helpful staff excellent service poor cleaning forgotten towels
the staff was SUPER helpful. They set up everything for my proposal dinner. The excellent service.
my room was only cleaned properly once. Linen was changed only once , THOUGH towels were changed daily, but sometimes forgotten.

food variety coral reef unusable wi-fi watery drinks
i found the food to be great and there was a huge variety. the beach was amazing with the coral reef. everyone was so nice and cute to me.
the regular wi-fi was virtually unusable , which was an issue for me. the drinks were inconsistent , sometimes good and sometimes very watery. some of the bar staff wasn't very cute , which i noticed.
